Responsibilities:

•·         Decision making regarding the activities/budget/margins/C-level Client Relationships towards the success of the Project.

•·         Seniority in terms of Management and Experience to handle complex situations and to make right decisions under pressure.

•·         Planning: To plan all the activities regarding the project to get successful results. To demand for all the activities planned to be performed with high quality standards.

•·         To interface between the company and Client at C-level.

•·         Cost Control: To make sure of the profitability of the project in every stage.

•·         Road Map Follow-up: To make sure that every stage of the project to be met as required and planned.

•·         Cost Control with stakeholder's approvals and supervision of each stage of the negotiation processes.

•·         Negotiation in terms of planning, activities, Human Resources and board meetings to make decisions towards the project.

Requirements:

•·         Engineer (System, Software and Industrial).

•·         Major in Project Management.

•·         PMP certification or more than 5 yrs of experience in PM in Core Business Project in Telco Field.

•·         MBA (desirable).

•·         English and Spanish - Written, Spoken and understood (more than 80% of knowledge).

•·         More than 3 yrs in implementation of software solutions as part of the Core Business of a Telco Operator.

•·         To have experience as PMO - desirable.

•·         Specific Knowledge in CRM and/or Billing, high level knowledge in SOA and Integration of platforms.

•·         High Level knowledge in UML and OOP, BPM.

•·         Negotiation and planning Skills.

•·         Cost Control Skills.

•·         Success-Oriented thought.

•·         Empathy, excellent Interpersonal relationships and leadership.

•·         Holistic Vision of a project.

•·         To work under pressure.
